Holden Grange Retirement Living
Issues

Background

This building contains 17 fairly nice but expensive self contained flats. 16 of these are rented out. The property is marketed as a retirement comunity. The majority of the tenants are aged over 70. Some are much older and can be classified as vunerable.

It is very difficult to get the landlord to do any repairs that he has to pay for. He requested that repair requests are put on the notice board in the lobby of the building for action. Alternately you can contact the office to try to get these resolved. Experience has shown that he simply ignores most of these requests and wipes them off the board. This site is intended as a record of these issues that can not be erased and is subject to public scrutiny.

If you wish to have any repair requests or other issues posted here please send an email to holdenrepair26@gmail.com The landlord can use the same address to post his replies.

The table has been populated with some of the issues that most of us are aware of. If you have a problem with any of these being posted please contact us at the email above.
